Order Cancellations

Order cancellations must be provided in writing by e-mail. If the goods have been dispatched by Slipland before the order is cancelled, the goods and any product packaging must be returned at the customer's expense in good condition (ie. so they can be re-sold).
Provided the above conditions are met Slipland will provide a refund, less the original carriage cost within thirty working days.
